Focussed History: In addition to routine history/examination Previous Pregnancies: • Any/number of previous pregnancies • Prior Caesarean sections/interventions • Complications/problems with previous pregnancies • Length of previous labours Current Pregnancy: • Due Date • Rupture of membranes? Colour of liquor • Onset of labour • Contractions? Frequency, duration? • Urge to Push • Fetal movements felt by mother? More/less or same as normal? • Hospital interventions (if any) • Any problems/complications anticipated (baby or mother) • Antenatal care? • Any current complaints    - Vaginal bleeding/PV loss    - High BP - Pain    - Trauma    - Any other complaint
