Another Major Update
All the New Obstetric CPGs are now on both the C.R.A.P DVD-ROM and the
iPhone/Smartphone files
Many of the current (as in the book) CPGs have been changed and these
are now all on my DVD-ROM and files as above
I have deleted the NEPT, AAV
and ACO CPGs, as these need a major upgrade, are now outdated and to
save space
Added references in menu for Alternative Drug Routes including using
the IO Gun device

All drug Dose Tables have been put on their own page to avoid confusion
Dose Tables still accessible from CPG's wherever an underlined dose is

Some minor errors, usually typos, have been corrected
All the important and new Clinical Work Instructions have been added

All of Jeff Keneally's Clinical Notes up to now are inluded in "Further
Reading"
It's still free, apart from having to now pay $4 for "SiteClone Lite",
(iphone) which I don't profit from!

I've done lot of reformatting to make the pages more usable on iphone.
I've also started converting the CWI's to the same format at other
doc's in my files.
I've dropped to AAV, ACO, and NEPT GPGs for now, until I get the new
ones ready to put on.
